- 1. Torquay Farmers Market: Every Saturday at 8:30 AM - 1 PM (except on New Year's Day). You can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood, meats, cheeses, baked goods, and more from local producers.
- 2. Twilight Markets: Held on the first Friday of each month from November to April, from 4 PM - 8 PM. You can enjoy live music, food, drinks, and local crafts and products while watching the sun set over the ocean.
- 3. Surf Coast Art Trail: Held annually in August, this event features dozens of local artists and galleries showcasing their work in various mediums, including painting, sculpture, photography, and more.
- 4. Torquay Christmas Carols: Held in December, this event features live music, caroling, a visit from Santa Claus, and a spectacular fireworks display.
- 5. Surf Coast Century: Held annually in September, this event is a trail running marathon that starts and finishes in Torquay. Participants can choose between 50 km, 100 km, and 100-mile races through the beautiful Surf Coast region.
